NaturalCleanPros provides professional cleaning services tailored to your needs. Service details will be agreed upon prior to scheduling. Any changes must be communicated and confirmed in writing..

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: All bookings must be scheduled in advance.

  • Payment: Payments must be made prior to the service. We accept, stripe, pay pal, bank transfers, cash and Zelle

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe environment for our team, including access to the property and necessary utilities. Please secure fragile or valuable items, as we are not liable for accidental damages to such items.

4. Liability and Limitations

While we strive for excellence, NaturalCleanPros is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages or conditions.

  • Losses or damages exceeding the cost of services provided.

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

5. Claims and Disputes

Any claims related to our services must be reported within 48 hours of completion. Disputes will be addressed amicably or through mediation if necessary.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

8. Amendments
